#1 What is ODBC.Cards™?

ODBC.Cards™ is a short abbreviation of On Demand Business Card. This eco-friendly card is designed and powered by ODBC.Cards™ for personal or professional use to instantaneously share the up-to-date, dynamic content and information of a friend or business contact.

#2 How do I change ODBC.Cards™ theme and color?

There are approximately 165 colors that you can choose for ODBC.Cards™ theme in the profile. Please sign in to your ODBC.Cards™.

#3 How do I add ODBC.Cards™ to my phone or tablet?

Both Apple and manufacturers of Android devices provide a function "Add to Home Screen" so you can add ODBC.Cards™ onto the screen of mobile devices.

Scroll down to the bottom or end of ODBC.Cards™ and click on the "up arrow square box" and select "Add to Home Screen" button. You may want to edit the icon name to shorten the name.

Or follow the instructions and steps as shown below.

#4 How do I share my ODBC.Cards™

Scroll down to the bottom or end of ODBC.Cards™ and click on "Share ODBC.Cards™" button at the bottom or the end of the ODBC.Cards™. There are two options: either share by text message or share via email.

You can share by texting the link of your ODBC.Cards™ to another person. Please feel free to modify the text before the link.

In "Share ODBC.Cards™" by text, change "Enter your Phone number" in the box to "Please enter a text-enabled telephone number"

You can also email the contact to another party or multiple people.

#5 What is Follow button?

The follow function allows a customer to follow a person or the events or news of a friend or business contact. In ODBC.Cards™ Platform, for restaurant online ordering and reservation, some restaurants use Follow to offer special deals and promotions and to promote customer loyalty program.
